Lynne Kitei, MD and Angelia Joiner could barely quit talking long enough to break away for a photo. Dr. Kitei is an authority on Phoenix Lights and was known as Dr. X for seven years because she feared going on the record after she witnessed what happened to others that did so. She has recently released a new documentary on the event and she specializes in adolescent medicine. Kitei was photographing the UFOs in Phoenix before the mass sighting in 1997.
